About New Generational Blueprint, LLC

New Generational Blueprint, LLC is an Indiana-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and community-centered organization dedicated to strengthening fathers, stabilizing families, supporting veterans, empowering youth, and assisting individuals facing behavioral health, housing, workforce, reentry, and family instability.

We provide behavioral health support, trauma-informed stabilization, parenting support, coping-skill development, anger management education, skills coaching, referral coordination, substance use recovery support and referral coordination, and other family-centered services that help individuals and families build lasting stability and resilience.

As a trusted community partner, we collaborate with referral agencies, community organizations, schools, universities, healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to expand access to resources, strengthen communities, and create lasting opportunities for those we serve.

CSM Jacoby J. Gadson, MSW, RADT, U.S. Army Retired, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New Generational Blueprint, LLC, and CEO of Gadson Blueprint Academy. He is a retired U.S. Army Brigade Command Sergeant Major, social work executive, behavioral health leader, community services strategist, and doctoral student with more than 29 years of leadership experience across military, family-serving, veteran, crisis-response, and community-based systems.

Jacoby founded New Generational Blueprint to strengthen fathers, stabilize families, support veterans, empower youth, and help individuals move from crisis to long-term stability. His leadership model blends executive military discipline, trauma-informed practice, behavioral health support, program evaluation, compliance readiness, and community partnership development.

Father Engagement

We empower fathers with the guidance, education, and support needed to strengthen their families and lead with confidence. Through fatherhood development, parenting support, mentoring, and workforce readiness, we help fathers build stronger connections with their children and communities.

Home-Based Family Support

Our home-based family support services bring practical assistance directly to families in their own environment. We provide skills coaching, trauma-informed stabilization, safety planning, and resource coordination to help families overcome challenges and create a more stable home.

Supervised Visitation Support

We provide safe, structured, and neutral visitation services that promote positive parent-child interaction while supporting court-ordered requirements. Our team maintains a respectful environment focused on child well-being, accountability, and clear documentation when appropriate.

Mentoring and Youth Development

Our youth mentoring programs help young people develop confidence, leadership skills, healthy decision-making, and personal responsibility. Through positive mentorship, life-skills development, and community engagement, we encourage youth to reach their full potential.

Reentry and Community Stabilization

We support individuals transitioning back into the community by providing guidance, skills coaching, workforce readiness, housing stabilization, behavioral health support, and referral coordination. Our goal is to help participants build stability, overcome barriers, and move toward long-term independence.

We offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic supports, including individual mental health counseling, family conflict resolution, and peer-led group sessions. Our team also specializes in high-need areas such as trauma/PTSD recovery, substance abuse support, anger management, and specialized interventions for adolescents with complex behavioral needs.

Our community programs-including parenting classes, financial literacy courses, and tutoring-are open to everyone.
