Quality and Accountability
At NGBP, quality and accountability are part of every service we provide. We set clear goals with the individuals and families we support, document progress, and regularly review outcomes to make sure services remain focused and effective.
Our providers receive ongoing training and supervision to support consistent, safe, and professional care. Safety concerns are addressed promptly, and documentation and billing are reviewed to support compliance and accuracy.
We also track progress, outcomes, and barriers to services. Feedback from families, referral partners, and providers helps us identify areas for improvement and strengthen the quality of our services over time.
How We Measure Progress
We measure progress by looking at each family’s goals, participation, and overall stability. We track areas such as:
* Referral and service-plan goals
* Attendance and engagement
* Parenting skill development
* Family stability
* Housing and employment progress
* Safety and protective factors
* Successful service completion
* Participant feedback
* Referral-partner feedback
This information helps us understand progress, identify barriers, and improve the support we provide. We do not publish success rates or percentages unless verified data has been approved for public use.
